Состояние, которое характеризуется в определенный момент времени, при определенных условиях внешней среды, значениями параметров, установленных технической документацией на объект.
К факторам, под воздействием которых изменяется техническое состояние объекта, можно отнести действия климатических условий, старение с течением времени, операции регулировки и настройки в ходе изготовления или ремонта, замену отказавших элементов и т.п.
Об изменении технического состояния объекта судят по значениям диагностических (контролируемых) параметров, позволяющих определить техническое состояние объекта без его разборки.
